Periodic Table
Interactive periodic table of all 118 elements with category colors, full data per element and a temperature slider that shows solid, liquid and gas phases from -273 to 6000 °C, running fully offline in your browser.
How to Use Periodic Table
This interactive periodic table shows all 118 chemical elements in the standard 18-column layout, with the lanthanides and actinides in two separate rows below the main table. Every element is colored by category and can be clicked for a full data panel: atomic mass, density, melting and boiling points, electronegativity, electron configuration and a short summary. A temperature slider shows the state of matter of every element between -273 and 6000 °C, and a search box filters the table by symbol, name or atomic number. Everything is embedded in the page and runs locally in your browser.
- Click any element tile to open the detail panel on the side with all of its data; close it with the X button, the backdrop or the Escape key.
- Type in the search box to filter instantly by symbol, element name or atomic number — non-matching tiles fade out. Clear the box to bring the whole table back.
- Drag the temperature slider between -273 °C and 6000 °C: each tile gets a colored dot showing whether the element is solid, liquid or gas at that temperature; elements with unknown data show a dash. The Reset button returns the slider to 25 °C.
- Use the color legend above the table to identify the 10 element categories, from alkali metals to actinides.
- On narrow screens the table scrolls horizontally — swipe it sideways — and the detail panel slides up from the bottom. The tool follows light and dark mode automatically.
Try sliding the temperature to -200 °C to see most gases condense, or to 1500 °C and watch iron melt at about 1538 °C — the transition metals turn to liquid one by one. The two dashed markers at the left end of periods 6 and 7 (57-71 and 89-103) show where the lanthanide and actinide rows connect to the main table.
